On Bucharest, Palaces and Metro Stations

RegioJet: A viable overnight option?

Who are RegioJet? RegioJet is a name perhaps unknown to those of us in the UK or even some parts of Western Europe, yet they’re big business in the budget coaching world. They even run a (somewhat absurd) twice-weekly route from London Victoria to Plzeň and Prague for those of us who really want to…

People always tell me that they’re a bit shocked at how much I seem to get up and go it alone to some rather far flung destinations, and say that they couldn’t possibly have the confidence plan, then execute such a thing themselves.

Anyways, hey, hi! I’m Rich, I’m 21 and have been at this sort of thing for about three years or so now, getting gradually more ambitious (and mature) with every passing day. I’ve bumbled my way into 20 European countries (and two Asian ones) in the past three years or so, all entirely by myself, and seemingly have no intention of stopping.

So join me, in a journey of sleep deprivation, cheap local beer and very sore legs.
